speach in the modern world

There are times when we say things, that we wish we could take back.
Not so Christ like. Loozin your cool about things, cursing, grumbling or nagging.

It really doesn't have to be much. If your speach is done in person, in writing or on facebook or twitter.

We get instructions all throughout the bible on how to speak. What are speach should contain of. How to maintain our conversations. For instance in Collosians we are inspired to let our conversations to be full of grace.

Collosians 4:6
Let your conversation be always full of grace,
seasoned with salt, so that you may know how to answer everyone.

Even a little ( lol ) to someone elses comments.
When those comments were are placed on someone elses comments that are not
so christ like. If you give your lol. You are giving into sin. You may have as well be Condoning the sinful nature or lustful behavior.
Jesus spoke to the deciples in
Mathew 18:6-8
"Woe to the world because of the things that cause people to stumble!
Such things must come, but woe to the person through whom they come!"

It doesn't matter how you condone sin.  Speaking or doing, either way you are not being Christ like.
(Speak Definition: To convey sentiments, ideas, or intelligence as if by utterance as,
features that speak of self-will.)

Your actions speak for you.  A middle finger.  Is that not the same as speaking it?
Everyone knows your statement you are making.  Another example is a thumbs up.
Everyone knows what you are saying, or trying to convey.  Good Job, Yeah man!

Okay.

The Holy spirit who dwells with in you, when you accepted Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior, is here to guide you.  Psalms 32:8 I will instruct you and teach you in the way you should go, I will guide you with my loving eye on you.

To Keep you from going back to your old nature.

1 Corinthians 6:11
But you were washed, you were sanctified,
you were justified in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ and by the Spirit of our God.

Epesians 5:3-5
But among you there must not be even a hint of sexual immorality,
or of any kind of impurity, or of greed, because these are improper for God’s holy people. Nor should there be obscenity, foolish talk or coarse joking, which are out of place, but rather thanksgiving. For of this you can be sure: No immoral, impure or greedy person—such a person is an idolater—has any inheritance in the kingdom of Christ and of God.
